how to preserve your aura or etheric body
aura is our second body and it is also called as etheric body. with little practice, one can learn to see his or others auric body. there is already a kirilian photography which can take photograph of your aura.
it is a known fact that the disease first enters into the auric body and then it takes few weeks or months to enter into the physical body. so by analyzing the auric body, we can prevent the disease from manifesting into the physical body.
in this post, i will not go much into the detail about aura or meditation techniques to protect aura. instead, i will just focus on simple and easy tips which can make a big difference in the health of your auric body and will thus preserve the vitality of your aura.
lets discuss simple tips to preserve aura or etheric body:
1. don’t go to over crowded places like shopping malls or cinema halls or market at peak hours. avoid weekends when these places are too much crowded.
2. avoid using public transport system like trains, buses etc.
3. whenever you come back home after visiting a crowded place then take bath and wear fresh clothes. you can also put a handful of common salt or preferably sea salt in water bucket. taking a walk in beach or riverside is also good.
4. go for walks in green areas where there is lot of greenery. if possible, then plant trees in your compound or garden or at least have few pots in your balcony. green energy is good for your aura and peace and love in life.
5. don’t spend much time with people who are not positive or meditative or who are always complaining or have negative attitude towards life or situations.
6. have a positive and balance attitude towards life. be thankful to the good things you have in life.
7. learn one meditation technique and practice it regularly with sincerity. meditation is one of the best way to expand and maintain a healthy aura.
8. avoid non-vegetarian food, too much alcohol or sex. changing sexual partners is worse and has an adverse affect on your other bodies.
9. listen good music and by good music, i mean the music which brings peace and contentment in you and thus does not excite you. indian classical music, soft instrumental music, sufi music, devotional music or any music which activates your heart chakra or crown chakra or upper chakras are good. as a rule, any music which activates your sex center is bad.
10. whatever extra you have in life, share it with less fortunate people. if possible, then always help the needy and poor people but don’t ignore your family life at the same time. never go to any extreme. have a balance in life.
11. any old clothes or things which you are not using then donate it to poor people. it will help the energy to flow in your life. energy should always be moving.
12. there should be circulation of air in your home. so don’t keep your windows close all the time. let the sun light enter in your house. in india, we give lot of important to circulation of air and availability of sun light in the house while choosing a house. keeping a water fountain is also good.
13. take bath every day. do some physical exercise everyday and eat healthy food. food should be freshly prepared. packaged food lose much of the prana (vital energy). include lot of greens and fruits in your diet.
14. ย avoid too much criticism, complaints, arguments, jealousy or anger in life.
15. when you become scared then your aura shrink. when you practice meditation then your aura expands. when you are in a loving energy state or when you want to help others genuinely then your aura expands and is healthy.
